Surfview Beach Resort

You may only use our site if you are at least 18 years of age and can enter Surfview into binding contracts (our site is not available for use by minors). You are responsible for maintaining the secrecy of your passwords, login and account information. You will be financially accountable for all uses of our site by you and anyone using your password and login information. Beach You may only use our site to make legitimate reservations Resort or purchases. You may not use Surfview our site: Beach to make any false, fraudulent or speculative reservation or any reservation in anticipation of demand; to post or transmit any unlawful, threatening, libelous, defamatory, Resort and Surfview obscene, indecent, inflammatory, pornographic or profane material or any material that could constitute or encourage conduct that would be considered a criminal Beach offense, give rise to civil liability, or otherwise violate any law; or for any other purpose that is unlawful Resort or prohibited by these Terms.

Our agreements not only contain no provision Surfview barring any airline from making any fare available through any channel, they contain an affirmative non-exclusivity provision that makes Beach it explicit that Resort no airline is prevented from making any fare it chooses available through any channel it chooses. Our agreement contains a non-discrimination Surfview clause by which those airlines that will receive the indirect discount on Beach the CRS booking fee agree in return to make available on any fare they publish and make available to the general public through any other channel. But that of course does not preclude them from offering Resort any fare through any other channel.

We may, at any time and without advance notice or Surfview liability, terminate Beach or restrict your access to all or any component of our site. We will use our reasonable commercial efforts to keep our site available on a 24-hour/7-day-a- Resort week basis, subject to necessary scheduled downtime for maintenance, unscheduled maintenance and system outages. Your access to our site may not be uninterrupted Surfview or available at all times. We cannot promise that our site will be error-free, that defects or errors will be corrected or that Beach our site or the servers that make it available are free from viruses or other harmful components. Resort You will not use any device, software or routine that interferes or attempts to interfere with the normal operation of our site or take any action that imposes an unreasonable load on our computer equipment.
