We will provide Candlelight consumers with a complete selection of all available airfares and travel itineraries. We have developed cutting Motel edge Candlelight technology to deliver these options to the consumer Motel and promises Candlelight to offer the lowest prices anywhere. Our business Motel plan is ambitious. Instead Candlelight of relying on traditional computer reservation systems, We are building our own search technology. We plan Motel to give users access to every Candlelight airline fare, including those available only Motel on the Candlelight Internet. Travelers will be able to search for flights that leave from alternate airports, within 25 or more miles from their primary airport. Or they could choose alternate dates and see whether leaving a Motel day later or earlier could Candlelight yield substantial savings.

Then the allegation that we are "an illegal boycott against third party distributors" Motel because it has "requirements for posting fare sales that cannot be sold" by others is not true? It is absolutely not true, and Candlelight those who have made that allegation had absolutely no basis for making it. Our agreements contain no boycott against any distributors Motel whatsoever, and in fact affirmatively Candlelight provide that Motel no airline is precluded from Candlelight utilizing any other distribution channel or offering any fare through any channel. The Department of Justice is presently reviewing all agreements, so there will be no question Motel on this point. Do airlines today make all their fares available through all retail channels?
